Stayed here for 3 nights while in Rome. Could not fault it, Isa was a sweetheart and was very welcoming. The B&B was beautiful, room was massive, breakfast in bed was so nice. She let us keep our bags there the next day which saved us lugging them to the station and paying for storage. If anyone is staying in Rome please book this hotel, you wont regret it.

The lady who owns the place was so sweet. She personally showed me the entire flat upon arrival after taking me to my room and giving me a map with detailed descriptions of how to get to exactly the places that I wanted to along with some personal recommendations. She brought breakfast into the rooms after we woke up every morning and gave us postcards of rome when we left! Great ambiance. I really liked the place and the people there. Definitely recommended.

Isa, the main face of the B&B, is the NICEST, most helpful person you will find in Italy. Hands down. She, and the rest of her family, really, are what make your stay so good. The location is great. Her directions to find the place from Termini are spot on. You can walk to anywhere in Rome from B&B easily--the walks aren't long at all. There's plenty to do and see, and Isa will happily recommend a place for you to eat, give you a map and tell you where the best sites are. I slept like a baby. The shower was always hot. There's free wifi too if you bring a laptop or wireless device. Considering the fact that it's pretty rare to find something as good for less than 90 euro in May, B&B Smart is really probably one of the best choice you can make for your stay while you're in Rome.

A friend and I stayed in this B&B as part of a backpacking trip around Italy. We found the B&B fine after printing off the directions we were given when we booked our stay. We got a lovely, friendly welcome on our arrival from Isa (owner and AMAZING hostess of B&B Smart). Isa took time to show us everywhere we might want to see in Rome on the free map she gave us and she even let us borrow an english guide to Rome. She was also very accomodating when we wanted to have our breakfast early in order to get off to the Vatican. Isa even told us of a market to visit when she knew how much we loved shopping. Isa was friendly, very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. I would recommend B&B Smart to anyone, single travellers, couples, families. Amazing value, very clean, large and quiet room. PERFECT! Thank you Isa!

Very nice experience. Isa, our landlady was extremely helpful and kind. She provided us with tourist map, and good tips for Rome. Our room was quite big and cleaned every day. The bathroom was shared but was absolutely spotless, was cleaned every few hours. Some more detail which I would like to share: we stucked in Rome for two more days (just as thousands of other tourists) because of the volcano eruption in Iceland. Although extreme amount of people were looking for accomodation, Isa kept the room for us at a discounted rate instead of letting other people take it over at double price... I was very impressed that she really cared about us. I can only recommend the place!
